The hotel had a great location near the sea and restaurants. the staff was friendly and helpful, making my stay enjoyable. the room was spacious and had a comfortable bed. Plus, the hotel offered a complimentary breakfast and had a swimming pool perfect for relaxing after work hours.
The bathroom was quite basic and could use some updating. the water pressure in the shower was weak, and there were no provided amenities.

Don't get fooled !! The most stupid choice that I made! It's not in Bintan it's in tanjung Pinang which is 2 hours away from bintan and this hotel has nothing to offer as well as the small shanty town which is like a ghost town! I was like lost and crazy after spending double the amount I could have paid for a Singapore 5 star hotel and just wasted my time and money
It is good for nothing

Nothing I liked about this hotel
This is the worst hotel I have ever stayed, you shouldn't have it in your website. The service is bad, the staff doesn't speak english, the facitilities are extremely dteriorated and location is the worst possible.

Located right by the beach, Bintan Beach Resort offers a stunning view of the sea from the balcony. the spacious rooms provide a comfortable stay, with a small sitting area for relaxation. the staffs are friendly, making the check-in process quick and hassle-free. the swimming pool is a great place to unwind and enjoy the sunset while sipping on cocktails.
The breakfast options are limited and could use some improvement.

Despite the fact that the staff barely spoke english, they did their best and we communicated with a lot of sign language. They did a great job ensuring that we had a ride home in the evening when we went out to the city center to have dinner.
Sea but no beach????? What on earth is that for a joke?? We chose that hotel because of the affordable price and since it said beach resort, which should indicate a beach. You can only imagine the disappointment of 5 girls who were there for the sole purpose of laying on the beach!!!

A relaxing place not far from the town with nice pool and friendly staff.
Poor facilities (apart from the pool)) and transport arrangements (you need to book the shuttle bus and even then they forget to pick you up!) Pity there is no beach. Breakfast is average and could be better though the coffee is good.

Good value and scenic views
The budget-friendly accommodations offer good value, considering the scenic views on offer. The hotel is located in a quiet residential area and has easy access to a small park with a pier looking out over the sea. The swimming pool is a nice spot to relax and enjoy a cocktail at sundown.
The hotel leaves much to be desired when it comes to basic amenities and the breakfast options are scarce and tasteless. The rooms lack hot water and come without complimentary bottled water.

There is no beach at all while it is named as a beach resort. Buffet breakfast is pretty bad. No choices for veggies and shockingly the fruit section had just one variety of fruit. Restriction of one omlet per person is also strange.
